All orders are shipped by Australia Post. The default is Standard Post and can take 4–5 days to reach metropolitan addresses within Australia, and a little longer for regional areas. If you would like your parcel to arrive earlier, simply select Express Post for a small additional charge.
$12.95 for Standard Post within Australia, $18 for Express Post within Australia and $35 for international shipping outside of Australia.
Yes! Please note that international orders can take 3 to 4 weeks. International shipping will attract a $35 (AUD) flat fee and covering postage. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, sales taxes and custom clearance fees charged to you in your country.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. In the first instance, please use these tracking details to trace your package and check in with the carrier. If your issue can’t be resolved by the carrier, please email info@uglyxmasrashie.com.au.
The short of it is that you may return your garments for a refund within 30 days of purchase, as long as all garments are unused, undamaged and still have the tags in place.
