RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a money back guarantee on all Ugly Xmas Rashies and Cycling Jerseys. The item might not be as you expected, or it may not fit as you expected, or you may just have changed your mind. No worries – you can return it.

As long as we receive the item/s unused and undamaged, with the original tags in place and within 30 days of purchase, you’re welcome to a refund or an exchange.

All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in their original condition so that they can be re-sold. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will unfortunately not be able to accept their return.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?

Once we receive the garment(s), we’ll submit the refund for processing. The refund will take a few business days to appear back into your account. You’ll then receive email confirmation that the refund has been processed.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR ITEMS?

For exchanges within Australia, please include a stamped, self-addressed Express Post prepaid envelope. For international exchanges, we will contact you once the return is received to arrange re-delivery.

As soon as we have processed the exchange, you’ll receive an email from our freight system with a tracking number.

 

WHY DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A FORM?

It’s a simple way of making sure we have all the info we need on hand, including the original order number and any relevant contact details.

 

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM IN PERSON?

For returns in Brisbane, you can visit our shop at 310 Montague Road, West End, and we’ll process the return. If the stock is available, we are also happy to exchange an item in-store.

 

AM I ABLE TO RETURN A SALE ITEM?

No, sorry. Retail items that are on sale cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@scody.com.au with an explanation of the problem and attach a photo if possible.
