RETURNS

Being a small business, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund if you change your mind on your UXR purchase. Items that are on sale cannot be returned, unless they are faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please email info@uglyxmasrashie.com.au with an explanation of the problem and attach a photo if possible.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR ITEMS?

Simply return for refund and place a new order for the correct garment or size.

As long as we receive the item/s unused and undamaged, with the original tags in place and within 30 days of delivery, you’re welcome to exchange.

All we ask is that the goods are returned to us in their original condition so that they can be re-sold. If they have been damaged by you, or have been damaged through use, we will unfortunately not be able to accept their return.

Please download and complete the Refund form, pack your items for return and send them to the following address:

Once we receive the garment(s), we’ll submit the refund for processing. The refund will take a few business days to appear back into your account. You’ll then receive email confirmation that the refund has been processed.

WHY DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A FORM?

It’s a simple way of making sure we have all the info we need on hand, including the original order number and any relevant contact details.
